Virginia Thompson Obituary Virginia Ann Thompson, age 69, of Marion, Illinois, passed away at 3:42 pm on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at Herrin Hospital.
Virginia was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on March 1, 1955, the daughter of John and Evelyn (Weber) Misch. She married the love of her life, William R. Thompson. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter, Dawn (Corinthus) Noble; daughter, Jasmin Thompson; granddaughter, DriAni Noble; sister, Janice Houston; brother, John Misch, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews including her special caregiver Cheryl Ann Shafer.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, William R. Thompson.
Virginia was a private person and requested no public services to be held at this time. The family requests memorial donations be made to Virginia's funeral care fund at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home, to help the family with her final expenses.
