Teri Lyn Anderson, age 80, of Marion, passed away at 1:04 PM on Friday, September 19, 2025, at Integrity Healthcare of Marion.
Teri was born Friday, February 2, 1945 in Winslow, Arizona, a daughter of Maurice and Eileen (Emmons) Quisenberry.
Grandma Teri's love knew no bounds, and her boys, Ryker and Colton, were her entire world. With a heart full of compassion and care, she welcomed everyone into her life, offering friendship, support, and prayers in times of need. To know her was to be her friend, to be taken care of and prayed for even in your dark moments. Teri's personality shone bright - she typed in all caps, reflecting her bold spirit, and her love for country music and dancing was unmatched. She was certain that her radio only had station 99.7 (country music). This strong-willed, independent woman dedicated her life to helping others selflessly. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched, and she will be remembered for the amazing independent strong-minded woman she fought to be. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her. We will miss you, Mom/Grandma, but your love, laughter, and country classics will stay with us forever.
Teri has joined the Lord alongside her beloved grandson- Colton Andrew Rogers, her parents- Maurice "Slim" and Eileen Quisenberry, and brothers- Mike and Bill Quisenberry.
She leaves behind her son- Derrick Rogers and his wife Crystal of Benson, Arizona; daughter- Christy Gustafson of Benton; two grandchildren- Casey Gustafson of Benton and Hannah Frye of Marion; precious great grandson- Ryker Frye of Marion; brother- Joel Quisenberry and his wife Donna of Cascabel, Arizona; as well as several nieces and nephews.
As Teri requested, no public services will be held at this time.
