Tamara “Tami” Lynn Perkins (nee Little), age 64, of Du Quoin, IL, born June 30, 1960, in Belleville IL, passed away Monday, October 14, 2024, at Carbondale Memorial Hospital. Tami contributed over 25 years of service to Maritz Marketing Research (InMoment).
An avid artist and craft person, she spent her free time in her studio painting away. She is known for her dollhouses and wood carved signs in addition to her beautiful paintings.
Tamara was preceded in death by her husband -Tony, her child- Jerret Little, her parents- Geraldine (nee Tillman) and Marvin Little, and step-father- Gene Boelling, her siblings- Shirley Fisk, Tim Little, Sheila Little, and Mark Boelling.
She is survived by her children- Michael Darling Jr, Clara (Kaleb Lange) Darling, and Rachel Darling; her sisters- Tracy (Mark) Lewis, Tina Cozart, and Elaine (Todd) Fix, and nieces and nephews- Marty (Terry), TJ (Adrienne) Fisk, Lexy (Randy) Perry, Melanie (Virgil) Guettermann, Christina (Nick) Bowder, Jessica (Michael) Lockenvitz, Nicole (Jacob) Miller, Natalie (Luke Stadts) Fix, Jennifer and Jessica Boelling, many great nieces and nephews, granddaughter- Chance Darling, great granddaughter- Lydia Daniels.
Tami will be missed by many loved ones and friends.
