Susan Gayle Joiner

Susan Gayle Joiner, age 56, of Metropolis, passed away at 9:10 am on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at the Metropolis Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Susan was born on August 1, 1966, in Evansville, Indiana, the daughter of Chester and Regina (Phillips) Joiner. 

She is survived by her brother- James Joiner of Metropolis

Niece- Amanda and Ben Pryor of Du Quoin

Nephew- Allen Joiner of Metropolis

Great Nieces- Dovanda, Janiah, and Jhene

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother- Thomas Joiner, and nephew- Koby Tyson.

Memorial services to celebrate Susan's life will be held at 11am on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at the Lutheran Church of the Cross located at 2601 North Ave, Metropolis, IL 62960.  Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home in Du Quoin is assisting the family with final arrangements.
