Sue Leggans Obituary Sue Ann Leggans, age 54, of Herrin, passed away at 9:24am on Monday, September 2, 2024 at Herrin Hospital.
Sue was born in Herrin on November 15, 1969, the daughter of Leslie and Sandra (Blaylock) Hunt. She had previously worked as a hairdresser.
She is survived by three sisters- Cindy Thomas, Mary Jane Hunt, and Leslie Walker; five daughters and their significant others- Allie (Dallas) Brewer, Frankie Joe (Zach) Earl, Desiree (Robert) Greeley, Karly (Ben Blessing) Leggans, and Sandra Leggans; eight grandchildren and three on the way- Cassidy and Noah Smith with an unborn sister on the way (to Allie), Leia Earl (born to Frankie), unborn son to Desiree Greeley, Benjamin and Michael Blessing with an unborn sibling on the way (to Karly), and three grandchildren born to Sandra; four nieces- Cassie Perkins, Sarah Howard, Stephanie Green, and MaKayla Hunt; one nephew Ryan Van Gorder; and several great nieces and great nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at the Herrin City Cemetery with Rev. Keith Owens officiating. Family and friends are asked to gather directly at the cemetery.
