Kathleen Angstmann Obituary Kathleen Elaine Angstmann, age 97, of Gifford, Illinois, formerly of Southern Illinois, passed away Monday, March 10, 2025 at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.
She was born Sunday, January 29, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois, a daughter of Thomas Dewey and Catherine (Hartnett) Keating. She married the love of her life, John Owens Angstmann on October 9, 1954 in Chicago. He preceded her in death on September 4, 2009.
She is survived by her son- John Angstmann and a host of extended family who loved her dearly.
Private graveside services were held at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion, where she was laid to rest next to her husband.
