John Patrick "Pat" Kelly

John Patrick Kelly, age 39, of Coulterville, passed away at his home on Sunday, July 24, 2022.

John Patrick was born in Sparta on April 6, 1983, the son of Cheryl J. (Reidelberger) and John Gerald “Jerry” Kelly.

Pat enjoyed movies and video games, but most of all he loved his cat- Maxwell.

He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law- Amanda Jean and Wayne Reynolds of Pinckneyville; nieces and nephews- Ava and Gabe Hackworth of Pinckneyville; a host of extended family and friends; and his beloved cat- Maxwell.

Family and friends are invited to gather for a time of remembrance in Pat’s honor, to be filled with stories, memories, love, and laughter. The remembrance gathering will be held from 5:00pm-6:30pm on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home; 11 S. Hickory Street; Du Quoin, IL 62832. A eulogy will be given at 6:30pm by his brother-in-law Wayne Reynolds.  Inurnment will take place at a later date at Swanwick-Bethel Cemetery.
