Jerry Whitlock Obituary Jerry Lee Whitlock, age 54 of Marion, Illinois, passed away Sunday, October 20, 2024 at his home in Marion.

Jerry was born Tuesday, August 25, 1970 in Marion, Illinois, a son of William Edward and Juanita Jewel (McNeely) Whitlock. Jerry had previously worked at Maytag in Herrin and Excel Mining.

He is survived by his parents, Juanita Jewel and William Edward "Bill" Whitlock; daughter, Ashley Nicole (Ryan) Owens; son, Andrew Jerry Whitlock; daughter, Kaylee Dawn Whitlock; son, Dakota Dylan Whitlock; grandchildren, Treston Lee Whitlock-Herring, Jaxson Robert Whitlock-Herring, Landon Gage Whitlock, Makaylah Jewel Owens, and Khloe Jewel Palmer; brother, Ronnie Edward Whitlock; brother, William Scott (Teresa) Whitlock; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held Monday, October 28, 2024, 7:00 PM at the Walnut Hill Baptist Church in Marion with Rev. Keith Owens officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather for a time of visitation on Monday, October 28, 2024, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the Walnut Hill Baptist Church in Marion.
