Jeannine Marie Zajac-Dmytro

Jeannine Marie Zajac-Dmytro, age 75, of Tamaroa, passed away at 8:50 AM, Saturday, January 11, 2025 at the Harrisburg Medical Center.

She was born Wednesday, June 1, 1949, in France, a daughter of Stanley and Anna Zajac. She married the love of her life, Daniel Dmytro, and he preceded her in death.

Prior to her retirement, Jeannine spent her working life making others look and feel their best. As a hairdresser, she took great pride in her work, bringing joy and confidence to countless clients throughout her career. In addition to her work as a hairdresser, she also enjoyed a career in retail. Jeannine's legacy of beauty, kindness, and compassion will continue to inspire all who knew her.

She is survived by her son- Scott (Amanda) Karavites of Tamaroa; daughter- Tania (Robert) Hubicek of Chicago; several grandchildren; and a host of extended family members whom she adored.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Carrier Mills Nursing Home Name and the Harrisburg Medical Center for their exceptional care and kindness shown to Jeannine during her time with them. Your dedication, empathy, and professionalism made a profound difference in her life, and the family is forever grateful.
