James McLane Snyder

James McLane Snyder, age 69, of Benton, passed away at 4:19am on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Integrity of Marion.

He was born Wednesday, December 21, 1955 in Sacramento, California, a son of James Snyder. Prior to his retirement, James had worked as a quality control specialist at Aisin. He had previously worked as an over-the-road truck driver. James proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.

He is survived by three children- Ariel Snyder of West Frankfort, Bethany Snyder of West Frankfort, and Theron Snyder of West Frankfort; and the mother of his children and friend- Christine Smith of West Frankfort.

James was preceded in death by his father.
