Edward "Cookie" Hargan, age 72, passed away in his home of natural causes.
Edward was born in Homewood, Illinois on April 9, 1952, the son of Louis and Eleanor (Barbier) Hargan. He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and one of the founding members of the Storm Riders Motorcycle Club in Southern Illinois. Ed was an award-winning truck driver/owner operator for PTL truck lines of Murray, Kentucky for many years. He loved collecting automobile memorabilia, everything from hot wheels to Coca-Cola diecast trucks.
Edward is survived by his two daughters, Renee (Dale) Beam and Regina Strong; his bonus daughter, Kristy(Scott) Alexander; several grandchildren and his extended family of friends from the Storm Riders Motorcycle Club, with whom he shared countless miles, laughter, and adventures. His passion for riding and brotherhood will be deeply missed.
