Debbie Lynn Flores, age 64, of Du Quoin, passed away at 6:30am on Monday, August 21, 2023 at her home in Du Quoin after a courageous battle with cancer.
Debbie was born in Los Angeles, California on October 31, 1958, the daughter of Gladys (Floyd) and Newell Henson, Jr. Debbie spent her life caring for her family and friends. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, always there when people needed her. She will be dearly missed by all those that had the pleasure of knowing and loving her.
Survivors include her son- Michael Joe Little of O'Fallon; grandchildren- Conner Michael and Juliet Jolee Little; sister- Sue (Jim) Wright of Dowell; sister- Jeannie Arell of California; brother- Charles Henson of Texas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of loving friends.
To honor Debbie's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no funeral services at this time. We invite you to please privately celebrate Debbie in your own way and know that she will be with you in spirit. The family would like to thank everyone for their understanding during this difficult time.
