Dale Moore, age 75, of Du Quoin, Illinois, passed away Thursday, September 11, 2025 at Fairview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Du Quoin.

He was born Thursday, September 7, 1950 in Herrin, Illinois, a son of Robert Lee and Peggy Lou (Campbell) Moore. Dale was an electrician by trade.
