Clarence D. "Don" Stevens

Clarence D. "Don" Stevens, age 91, of Benton, passed away peacefully at 10:06pm on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at the Benton Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Don was born in Murphysboro on March 5, 1932, the son of Clarence and Eva May (Crumbar) Stevens.  He was a precious father and friend, with a true heart of gold. He will be dearly missed.

As per his wishes, cremation rites will be accorded and no public services will be held at this time. Maxton-Rosado Funeral Home in Du Quoin is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Clarence D. Stevens.
